
ADJUSTERS:
This is a FREE event for adjusters!!!
PLEASE REGISTER PER VEHICLE, NOT PER PERSON.
We have spots for 120 vehicles so register early before spots are gone!! If you are only coming for the Trunk Trade show and not staying for the movie, please let us know so that we can offer the spot to another vehicle.
We supply every vehicle that enters with:
- A loot bag
- $25 concession stand coupon (vendors, you get a coupon too!!)
Movie – we do not yet know the movie(s). We hope to hear from the Mustang Drive-In within 3 weeks of the event and will post the movies when known.
We estimate that it will get dark around 9:00 PM – so we are asking our insurance professionals to arrive at the theatre around 6:30 pm to park their cars and proceed to the back of the drive-in theatre for the trunk trade show.
VENDORS:
We need the vendors set up between 6:00 – 6:30 pm – vendors set up in the back 3 rows
You are guaranteed a “trunk tradeshow spot” in the back (you CAN NOT CHOSE where you go) – we dictate where you set up. We are trying to avoid two similar vendors being close together.
Your name/logo goes up on the big screen (screen branding) before the movie starts. There is also a DJ playing during the trade show.
Your trunk is your domain – we envision you supplying a fold up table, your sign somewhere and your loot is laid out.
It is YOUR decision if you want to do a draw for a prize when you collect business cards – this is not mandatory…but let’s be honest, people like prizes. 😊 Please direct all inquiries to Warren Hamer at whamer@larrek.com
